Sales/ Call Center

Financial Services Representatives, Lead Development Representatives and their managers make up our fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative sales team.  This team includes roles responsible for taking application data, educating customers regarding their loan options, and/or offering optional ancillary products (GAP and Extended Service Contracts.)

Admin/ Document Specialists

Admin/ Document Specialist

These document experts make sure that complete and accurate loan documents are created in our system and provided to consumers. Then, they communicate with consumers to make sure they understand what the documents are and how they need to be signed. 


We don’t just check things once.  This department provides a critical additional review to make sure the loan documents are complete, accurate, and customized to the specific lender. 



This team reviews the title paperwork to make sure it is accurate and complete, then works with a title perfection vendor to have the proper documents and fees submitted to each state or county to perfect titles on behalf of our lender partners.

Customer Service/ QC

 Since we have been recognized for industry-leading customer service, we are committed to addressing each customer question or concern, which is the focus of this department.

Development/ IT

Development/IT are the nerve center of our organization.  Join the team and help design, develop and/or manage our internal networks, proprietary application processing system, hardware, and other systems to ensure industry-leading data security and highly-efficient loan application processing.


This team supports the top line and bottom line by partnering with other teams to ensure accurate and timely cash flows and financial reporting.  Areas of work include forecasting, financial reporting, tax, internal audit, and other aspects of accounting.

Human Resources

This team helps create and document policies and procedures to ensure compliance with complex state and federal regulations that ensure consumer protection and support lender due diligence. 


From new employee training to ongoing training, our expert trainers design and deliver customized training to inform, inspire and educate our staff.


Our marketing team is responsible for generating applications from consumers who want to explore their auto refinance options.  They also create marketing communications for lenders and manage multiple vendors involved in lead generation and processing.
